master room in the McCloud Guest House, Room #1 is the perfect
place for special moments. You'll fall in love with
 this
charming yet mature room that has several outstanding features.
One outstanding feature of this room is the dramatic windows that
overlook the grounds and provide a partial view of Mt. Shasta.
You will truly enjoy gazing at a large part of the six wooded
acres that make up the McCloud Guest House grounds. There
is a padded window seat beside these dormer windows to allow visitors
to fully take in the views.
This room has a seven-foot
bathtub. This antique tub has claw-feet and old-fashioned
fixtures that enhance the historical integrity of the room.
In this fantastic setting it is easy to soak your cares
away.
This plush queen sized bed is accented by a beautiful white
wrought-iron brass frame. A white bed spread with a subtle
floral pattern and plenty of comfortable pillows adorn the bed.
The room has a pink mauve and floral
theme. It's tasteful decor provides subtle elegance and
a gorgeous backdrop without ostentation. As all rooms in
the McCloud Guest House, room #1 is decorated in a style true
to the Victorian Era ( the early 1900's). The dark wood
dresser in this room provides not only a convenient storage place
for your belongings, but also an example of the value placed on
